  fix(settings): make Bluetooth button work in desktop mode

  The normal App renders with no picker injectors, so the
  Bluetooth button was disabled (disabled={!onOpenBluetoothPicker}) and did
  nothing on click. Audio already had an inline fallback (setAudioOpen);
  Bluetooth did not, and the picker is a plain full-screen overlay with no
  shell-only constraint (unlike the monitor picker). Give it the same inline
  fallback: render locally when no injector is provided.
