  feat: online store libraries, in-app BT pairing, shell hotkey/Esc

  Store libraries (#5): connect Steam/GOG/Epic accounts (multiple per
  store), fetch each account's OWNED library, merge with local installs
  into one cover-art grid with 5-star ratings; new desktop "Магазины" tab
  and a gamepad-driven shell overlay (shared StoreConnectBar). Tokens in a
  DPAPI vault; per-store client install status with open/download. EA
  online library ruled out (its gateway rejects non-app tokens) -> EA stays
  installed-only.

  In-app Bluetooth (#1/#2): active-inquiry discovery + SSP pairing +
  tolerant ConnectResult (no more instant error toasts); Win32 struct
  sizes pinned by a test. "Via Windows" now opens the Bluetooth settings
  page, not the generic device wizard.

  Game<->launcher hotkey (#4): a global RegisterHotKey (Ctrl+Alt+Tab,
  fallback Ctrl+Alt+`) toggles game/launcher in shell mode -- supported
  API, not an anti-cheat-risky keyboard hook.

  Escape -> monitor picker (#3): recovers a black-screen launch, gated to
  the launcher foreground so mid-game Escape stays with the game.

  Also: backup button now reports made/skipped/error (dedup was silent);
  colorful library covers from store art.
