seconds to bring up Wails + WebView2: on the desktop the app silently
vanished, in shell mode the TV showed a bare grey screen.RestartApp now launches the new exe as
GameSaver.exe --update-splash
— a plain Win32 window (spinner + version + status) handled before
config/logging/Wails, so it never takes the single-instance lock. It
waits for the old PID, relaunches the app itself on the desktop (the
cmd/ping relauncher is now the fallback; in shell mode the watchdog
still relaunches on exit 42) and closes on the new instance's
