  A second exec — usually because the user double-clicked the desktop
  shortcut while the tray was still running, or auto-update launched a
  new copy while the old one was alive — would spin up its own playtime
  tracker, watcher, and tray. Result: duplicate sessions in the DB and
  unpredictable backups. Now we use Wails' SingleInstanceLock: the
  second process hands off to the first (unhide + raise window) and
  exits before Startup runs.
