  Shell mode: frameless fullscreen + clean exit without re-logon

  When running under the watchdog (GS_SHELL_MODE=1):

  • Window is now Frameless + Fullscreen from the start. Previously we
    inherited the regular 1280×820 framed window, which looked silly
    with no taskbar/desktop behind it. Now it IS the desktop, edge to
    edge, no chrome.

  • "Выйти из shell-режима" in Settings now: clears the registry, then
    calls the new QuitApp() backend method (wails.Quit). The watchdog
    sees exit 0, declines to restart, launches explorer.exe, and dies.
    User has the normal desktop back in seconds — no sign-out needed.

  Normal-mode (registered-but-not-currently-shell) behaviour is unchanged:
  the toggle just clears the registry and the user re-logs whenever.
