Sidebar collapse, drop Library + filter select, system language default

  LastSkywalker released this 2026-05-27 14:31:32 +03:00

  • Sidebar: removed the GS-logo title block (the OS chrome already shows
it). New «/» button at the top collapses the sidebar to a 14-wide
icon-only strip; state persists in localStorage. Items shrink to
    centered icons with hover-title tooltips.

  • Removed the Library page entirely — it was a slim duplicate of the
dashboard tile grid. One nav item less, less to maintain.

  • Removed the "Все / С сейвами / …" filter dropdown from the TopBar.
The search box covers 99% of what people actually used it for, and
it freed up real estate in an already crowded header.

  • Language now defaults to the system locale (navigator.language) when
the user has never picked one in Settings. Backend config default is
now empty-string for Language; the frontend only calls setLanguage()
when the stored value is non-empty, otherwise stays at the detected
    system locale.
