  Controller status chip + button hints in shell mode

  Top-left corner of ShellApp now shows a 🎮 chip that lights up green
  when an Xbox-compatible controller is connected and stays grey/"no
  pad" otherwise — without it the user had no way to tell whether the
  backend had picked up the controller. When a controller is detected,
  a hint strip next to the chip lists the action buttons (A / Y / Start /
  Back) so the bindings aren't a guessing game.
