started by their launcher (Steam/Epic/EA), which isn't the foreground
process, so Windows' foreground lock kept the game window BEHIND our
shell — the user saw GameSaver, not the game.Fix: after LaunchGame in shell mode, call MinimizeSelf() — with no
foreground blocker the game takes the screen. When the playtime tracker
reports the game exited (playtime:changed with endedAt), RestoreSelf()
un-minimises + raises us (always-on-top toggle), so the user lands back
on the carousel instead of a black screen (no Explorer behind us).Playtime poll interval 30s → 6s so the restore-after-exit happens
within a few seconds rather than up to half a minute. tasklist
snapshots are cheap.Downloads
