  Fix update "403 Forbidden": reuse banner's info, add User-Agent

  The banner found v0.8.4 fine, but clicking Обновить showed "github
  releases api: 403 Forbidden". Cause: ApplyUpdate re-queried
  /releases/latest — a second unauthenticated GitHub API call that hit
  the rate limit. The info was already known from the banner's check.

  • Cache the UpdateInfo from any check (background/periodic/manual) on
    the App; ApplyUpdate reuses it and only falls back to a fresh Check
    if there's none. The asset download goes to
    objects.githubusercontent.com (not rate-limited), so the update now
    proceeds even when the API is throttled.
  • Set an explicit User-Agent on all GitHub requests (Check, asset
    download, checksums) — GitHub 403s requests it doesn't like.
