On busy hosts ContainerList(Size:true) makes the daemon walk layer
dirs for longer than the whole collection budget. The inline attempt
timed out, lastSizeAt stayed unset, so EVERY 5s cycle retried the
sized list and timed out again — docker metrics (and the Applications
view) never materialized on such hosts (dokploy VM), with logs full of
'failed to inspect container: context deadline exceeded' from the
    already-exhausted parent context.

The hot path now always lists without sizes; a background refresh with
its own 5-minute deadline fills the per-container size cache on the
slow cadence (same pattern as named-volume sizes, which it now also
triggers). Size staleness can no longer starve live metrics.
