with ON CONFLICT DO NOTHING: Raft log replay after a restart
re-applies entries, and on Postgres the duplicate (host_id,
timestamp) rows aborted every module save with pkey violations
(sqlite tolerated the same flow silently); - dokploy compose variants + template set pull_policy: always — plain
'up -d' keeps a stale local :latest, so dokploy's Deploy button was a
no-op update-wise.
