    The secret lived only in the masked form field — impossible to copy
    right after generating, and gone entirely after a page reload, so
    enrolling a second site meant rotating the secret everywhere.

    • GET /raft/bridge/secret (admin) reads back the configured secret
      (runtime snapshot first, .env fallback);
    • the form prefills from it once, a copy button next to the field
      copies the full value, and the hub hint points at it.
