The wizard auto-generated cluster_id (hostname-rand) with no UI field, so the only
way to choose/change it was to delete + recreate the cluster — which, if the other
nodes had already joined, left them on the old id while the leader took a new one
    (cluster_id desync → followers can't find the leader's URL, metric-stream treats
peers as cross-cluster). Surface the field, prefilled with the unique default, so
operators set a friendly stable name (e.g. sky-home) at creation. Backend already
honors a provided RaftClusterID (ApplyRaftDefaults only generates one when empty).
