    The docker collector attached proxy URLs only from Traefik files on ITS OWN
    disk, but the gateway's rendered file lives on the gateway node while the
    published app usually runs elsewhere — so cards never showed the route. Add a
    proxy-route source hook fed from the Raft-replicated gateway_routes table (+
    gateway ports), registered at startup; passthrough/wildcard routes are skipped.
