    dashboard_url was resolved only from the LOCAL Raft peer catalog, so a hub
    receiving spokes over the bridge (no peer view of them) never showed the
    button. Each node now ships its advertised HTTP URL in its own metric batch;
    the sink persists it on the hosts row (new dashboard_url column) and GET /hosts
    falls back to it whenever the live peer lookup resolves nothing.
