    Kart lap timing from a phone camera.

    Windows: download cv-kart-1.2.0-x64.msi, run it (installs over 1.1.0), keep “Launch cv-kart” checked.

    What's new:

    • Kart numbers at any moment — during the heat or after it; laps catch up by themselves. ✎ in the table changes or removes a number (two karts mixed up — they swap).
    • Every heat is saved on the computer (%LOCALAPPDATA%\cv-kart\heats) and listed on the dashboard: results (laps, passes, numbers after corrections) and raw data — phone video, frame log, pipeline events, human corrections. Download all (ZIP) per heat, with a ready training set (labels + crops by kart number).
    • “Record heat video” switch; the encoder never slows the timing down.
    • Fix: phone frame time could jump forward after the computer stalled, shifting laps across the stall.

    Not code-signed — Windows shows an “unknown publisher” prompt.
